Is The Monthly Internet Service Really Free For Emergency Broadband Benefit Program?

Yes! the monthy internet service is really free when you sign up with us for the EBB Free Internet Program. While some companies only offer a discount if you are approved for the Emergency Broadband Benefit program, we do not. You can continue receiving free internet each month while the program continues its exsisting funding. If anything ever changes we will reach out to let you know.

Do I Need To Give My Full Social Security Number In My EBB Application?

No! While we do need to collect some information to verify you in the government system for EBB, we only ask for the last 4 digits of your social security number in the Emergency Broadband Benefit application, and do not want your full number.

How Many People In My Home Can Qualify For The Emergency Broadband Benefit Program?

Only one monthly EBB service discount is allowed per household. A household is a group of people who live together and share money (accroding to the Emergency Broadband Benefit rules).
